What’s included in the plans?
It depends on the plan you choose. You can have 10, 40, or unlimited notes monthly. All plans include a 30-day free trial at the beginning, AI treatment plans, and are HIPAA compliant and secure. Can this be used for any type of therapy session?
Absolutely! You can take notes during your session using brief sentences and then input that information into our system. You can also write directly in the platform during the session—whatever works best for you. Our AI will create a comprehensive, compliant clinical progress note for you. It’s suitable for any type of patient or behavioral issue, including couple therapy.
What security measures are in place?
We follow the latest security industry standards and best practices to protect our servers and comply with relevant laws, including HIPAA regulations.
How are the records stored?
Our tool helps you generate progress notes, but we do not store any records. You should use your EHR system or another appropriate record-keeping system for storing records. Generated notes will be deleted one month after creation.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes, we adhere to all applicable HIPAA guidelines. Therapist Assistant does not retain, transmit, or store any Protected Health Information (PHI). All clinician data and generated notes reside solely in your Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, and interactions with our software occur locally on your browser.
